Hi I’m Corrine,

I spent years looking for specific food triggers for my candida related symptoms. My face was dry, irritated and itchy even without flare ups, pimples would clear up only to reappear, I had no energy, PMS was constant, and my mood was low. Once I realized there was a connection to a candida prone gut and my symptoms, I started removing sugars and carbs from my food, as many of us do, but this only led to a cycle of me craving foods, eating foods, blaming myself for not having the willpower, then recommitting which would inevitably restart the cycle.
